Nothing is most impressive, tough and adrenaline pumping trekking than the three passes trek. The three passes trek is difficult and more challenging than the classic Everest Base Camp Trek. It is not only longer, but it also involves crossing the three high passes that lend the trek its name: Renjo La, Cho La and Kongma La–all of which are over 5,000 m (16,500 ft). This trek is designed in a way to be in line with your health conditions necessity and demands. One cannot complete this trek without acclimatization, hence couples of days are meant for resting. Having said that you still will have to hike and cover the distance steadily for 5-8 hours. Mind you for this it is but oblivious to have a certain level of fitness, determination, and endurance. This trail will not only test the novices but pose a challenge, even for experienced hikers in the Himalayas. So if you thrive on adventures and it is your cup of tea then without a slightest of doubts the Three Passes trek really does offer all the best that a mountain adventure can offer in the Khumbu region.
