Bhaktapur is the third largest city of Kathmandu valley after Kathmandu and Patan (Lalitpur). Bhaktapur city is full of arts, crafts, culture and festivals and was founded years ago by Malla Kings. The Bhaktapur Durbar Square is third durbar square in Kathmandu valley and it was built in 15th century. Bhaktapur is known as Bhadagaun or Khwopa in native languages.

Bhaktapur Sightseeing and Sunset view at Nagarkot, starts from visiting Bhaktapur durbar square. It is listed in the UNESCO world heritage site. Other palaces along with a 55-window palace, golden temple, Tamaudi, Nyatpol temple, pond along with living history and a typical Newari city is major attractions of the trip. You can have a typical Newari cuisine which is very popular amongst Nepalese people. After the visit of Bhaktapur, you can have your lunch and move to Nagarkot to catch a sunset view from Nagarkot Hill.     Mesmerizing sunset view in Nagarkot

    The trip was really amazing, the sunset view in Nagarkot was mesmerizing. We went to Bhaktapur and Nagarkot aftter arriving back from pokhara.
