Phulchowki, meaning “Hill of Flowers,” is located in the southern part of Kathmandu Valley. The trail offers a gradual climb through dense subtropical forests filled with orchids, butterflies, and more than 250 bird species.
At the summit, travelers are rewarded with sweeping views of Kathmandu Valley and snow-capped Himalayan peaks. The hike also passes through Godavari Botanical Garden, adding an extra highlight for nature lovers.
